Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty for us at every juncture. He accomplished our requests with a smile and with expediency. On our viewing days, he was extremely well-prepared, he was a fountain of information, and he gladly gave us all of the patience and time that we needed. When we   realized that Portland is currently a very hot market, and that many sellers are happy to subject their prospective buyers to the insult of a bidding war, Jeremy guided us through that minefield with patience, wisdom, and grace. He made a potentially difficult and unpleasant situation into a very positive outcome.
